Family Run Organic Garlic in Lavington

Over 10 years of growing organic garlic from our 6-acre farm in Lavington.  





Garlic Scapes are ready for harvesting in June.  They are delicious in stir-fries, pestos, and in canning.

Garlic Scapes Pesto Recipe:  Cut 1/2 pound (3 cups) of scapes into one inch pieces.  Put in food processor with 1 cup of olive oil and 2 cups parmesan cheese.  Optionally add 1/2 cup of nuts such as pine nuts or walnuts.  Serve with fresh pasta, as a pizza topping, sandwich spread. 
To preserve for later, put mixture in ice cube trays and bag in freezer.
